I primarily work with individuals who experience struggles including, but not limited to, trauma, depression, anxiety, self esteem, family or relationship stress, chronic stress, and significant life transitions. I approach my work with genuine openness, curiosity, and flexibility. My approach is first and foremost trauma-informed and strengths-based. I have experience with a wide array of therapeutic modalities, from DBT to motivational interviewing to play therapy. This means that I am able to mold the therapeutic process to fit many people’s individual needs. I strive to create a space for anyone to feel heard, accepted, and believed in.
