Debbi Odell, AMFT

Hi, I’m Debbi Odell, AMFT. I am trained in expressive arts, somatics, parts work, TF-CBT and EMDR Level I. I work with children (over 8), teens, couples, families and individual adults, offering online sessions anywhere in California. I specialize in trauma, relationships, identity, anxiety, and creative processes. I have experience with LGBTQ community, non-traditional relationships, traveling and alternative lifestyles.

I can help your child build resilience and coping skills, help you as a parent to rebuild connection, and find effective parenting strategies. I can help your relationship with communication, adapting to life changes, building connection and understanding each other. I can help you build strength, process trauma, shift patterns, find your sense of self, and move towards what fulfills you.
