Therapist Overview
Throughout my career, I have worked in both academic and clinical contexts teaching and helping others overcome various challenges in their lives and increase their capacity for well-being. The challenges include: anxiety; depression; chronic stress; identity issues; addiction; relational issues; divorce; grief and loss; and questions of faith and spirituality. As a pastoral counselor, I am particularly trained in a spiritually-integrative approach to mental health and am equipped to work with clients from all faith and spiritual backgrounds, but am also comfortable working with clients with limited or no spiritual background. I am trained in couples therapy and work with pre-marital, marital, and re-marital couples. I am also trained in neurofeedback and neurotherapy and offer this new, alternative method of treatment. Overall, I offer an interdisciplinary, holistic, and collaborative approach. I look forward to working with you to increase your well-being.
