I enjoy working with clients of all ages. I specialize in working on depression, anxiety, and trauma. Everyone needs a little help and comforting at least once in their lifetime. Many of us need someone to confide in on several occasions. Whether it’s just you, or you and your loved ones, there are always ways to work things out. No problem is unsolvable. Call or text to make an appointment. We, together, can work it out. I especially enjoy working with children. As a former teacher, I gained additional understanding of children’s behaviors. I learned skills to maintain mutual respect. As I show respect and gain understanding through their words and expressions, I focus on calming the residual anxiety and depression from trauma. I find I learn more from my clients than they do from me. My clients work their problems out using their own inner strength and intellect, which comes out through counseling techniques.
