I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in a variety of psychological services including counseling, assessment, and case management. My goal in therapy is to provide clients with the tools necessary for developing a sense of empowerment that will assist them in overcoming their challenges. I believe that by restructuring the perception of our world and, subsequently, our responses to the environment, we can improve our sense of well-being. By building the therapeutic trust and offering a safe place where my clients can share their concerns, we can work together to help you heal and grow. Since no single modality is appropriate for everyone, I use an eclectic approach in treatment. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, Psychodynamic, as well as therapeutic methods founded on Asian philosophy. I engage in a holistic approach to therapy. Seeking help is the first step towards a healthier you!
