We all struggle in life sometimes and need help! In this day and age it can be hard to find the space to discuss the challenges of life with someone in a safe and genuine way. I enjoy meeting people where they are at in life, without judgement, and helping them sort out their next steps whether they be for improvement, maintenance, or understanding. I specialize in issues related to trauma, adoption, and supporting children and families. I strive to continue to learn and vary my work to make sure I am the most useful to my clients. I have worked within mental health agencies, schools, directed early intervention and school aged family base counseling programs, and taught at the university level.
