Healing the body, mind, and spirit will create overall ‘wellness.’ Why is it that we make appointments to take care of our physical health, but we seem to ignore our mental health? Therapy doesn’t have to be a scary or painful event, it should be a place where you can open yourself to the journey to reach your full potential. I realize that calling a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe a deep breath) to call and see how I can help you. I have experience with transgender clients, gay clients, lesbian clients, childhood trauma, sexual, emotional and verbal abuse, PTSD and others. I am compassionate and nonjudgmental, believing that meeting my clients where they are at means having the responsibility of creating an atmosphere where they will feel safe, respected and heard. You are much too valuable to not be living life to its fullest. Holding grudges, letting your past control your present and future, or being angry all the time is no way to live.
