Therapist Overview
You may be feeling overwhelmed by struggles with relationships, work, or identity. I can help you turn your own loving attention toward these unhealed wounded areas so that you can experience relief and begin to thrive. I’m a good fit for those feeling stalled in their growth, those seeking wholeness or rebuilding their trust with themselves, couples doing reconciliation work or struggling with coparenting, LGBTQIA folks and/or their parents… and honestly? I’d also love to be a therapist for other therapists in search of any of the above. We are all growing and healing. Teletherapy also available to folks in CA. I’m queer and nonbinary, and am a mindful coparent to three teens/tweens. When I began therapy 10 years ago, I sought wholeness and was striving to be my authentic self. That’s the path I’m on, and is why I hold a loving and nonjudgmental space for you to find your authentic self that’s calling to you, wherever it leads. At the heart of my work is a safe space to let my clients accept and love themselves. In that space, healing and growth is possible. This work can be vulnerable but it is the biggest investment in yourself that you can make: the pursuit (and habit!) of seeing yourself clearly and attending to your own precious life. I look forward to hearing from you.
