Therapist Overview

I am looking forward to our work together! I have over 20 years of experience specializing in providing counseling and case management with those who have struggled with trauma, addictions, mood disorders, and marital and family issues. I also have a highly specialized background working with public safety personnel including military. I am the Founder and Executive Director of the CT Alliance to Benefit Law Enforcement (CABLE), Inc., a statewide police/community research and training collaborative consisting of police, mental health professionals, people living with mental illness and institutions of higher learning. I am currently in private practice working toward my licensure with Phyllis Pavlik Spallone, LCSW. All billing will be done through Phyllis.
