While there are many ways to overcome obstacles and live a fulfilled life, therapy is one way. As your therapist, my goal is to partner with you in a therapeutic alliance and tackle life’s challenges as a team. My clients find me to be empathetic, empowering and an active listener. I also offer faith based therapy to individuals who choose to incorporate faith into the therapeutic process. I have seven years of experience as a therapist with a background in community service provision to children/teens, and families for over 15 years. While I am trained to work with clients all ages, I enjoy working with Children, Teens and Young Adults to provide individual, couples and family therapy. My work is my life’s calling and my greatest joy is to see my clients’ lives restored and made whole, body mind and soul.
