We all have times in which we struggle in life and need a helping hand. We face choices in life, circumstances come up. Life happens and our normal ways of dealing and coping aren’t working. I utilize a person-centered approach, working with the client to find what works, as I recognize that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to an individual’s unique needs. I approach with empathy and free of judgment. I specialize in managing depression, anxiety, anger management, adoption issues, issues with disabilities, substance abuse concerns, spiritual issues, and LGBTQ+ issues. I am now licensed in both Carolinas! I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and a variety of other evidence-based, person-centered approaches to meet the needs of my clients. I am solution-focused and strengths-focused. The goal is to find the approach that works for the individual. Working together we can accomplish therapeutic goals set by my client.
