Dr Judy Rosenblum is a psychologist with over 30 years of experience. She is kind and compassionate and primarily uses cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness skills, and clinical hypnosis. I have been working for over 30 years, focusing on the solid scientific foundations of how people change. My work has been informed by three powerful concepts, including Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence, Howard Gardner’s practical ideas of multiple intelligences, and Martin Seligman’s positive psychology. By bringing these concepts together, I have developed practical techniques to help you improve your life. In working with you, I help guide you to resolve problems that you may have. I work with you as a team and take an active interest in working with you and showing you respect, encouragement, optimism, and support.
