These are all a part of being human and being in relationship, and it’s OK to ask for help in the midst of them. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. As a marriage and family therapist, I am trained to observe and help family systems as well as individuals. I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing (for past traumatic memories/experiences), as well as Restoration Therapy for couples. I would love to come alongside you in whatever season of life you are in. My goal as a therapist is not to see through you, but to see you through some of lifes more difficult seasons.
