We often get stuck by accident but get healthy on purpose. My hope is to be your coach helping you process where you got stuck and more importantly find steps you are able and willing to take that will lead you move toward the healthy life you desire. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who have communication issues, past infidelity and current porn or sex addiction. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) which is one of the best trainings available in helping clients heal from sexual addiction and trauma. I also love using the Gottman Method for couples looking to improve their communication. Besides an MA in Counseling I also hold an MA in cross cultural leadership with years of experience within the Christian church. Its my delight to integrate this with clients who share Christian faith OR who have been hurt through experiences with Christians and desire a place to process. The good news is change is possible.
