As a faith-based, licensed marriage and family therapist, and 27 years of experience, I offer a caring and relaxed setting where you can begin to get the support and guidance necessary to begin your journey back to healing broken wounds, whether in the lives of couples, families or as an individual. I work with those who struggle with family communication and interpersonal problems, depression, anxiety, pain management, couple and marrital issues, blended families, trauma, sexual abuse, anger management, parenting and child rearing, empty- nest issues, career and pre-marital counseling. I specifically work with individuals, couples and families to assist with communication and rebuilding broken relationships. My specialty is the use of Splankna, a highly effective, non-invasive Christian, mind, body, spirit technique to help specifically repair old memories that are negatively impacting the lives and health of my clients.
