My ideal client is engage an individual/couple that seeks to gain insight for purpose to create positive meaningful change. My focus becomes to assist clients to break repeated patterns that cause feelings of anxiety, anger, and depression. A primary goal is to provide significant resources for developing coping skills and to stop self defeating attitudes, behaviors, and practices. A significant examination of one’s family-of-origin typically provides insight for both individuals and couples. A potential client may have a brief consultation over the phone for up to 10 minutes prior to an initial appointment.
