Within all people there is a compelling force to move toward life and fulfillment. There are challenges along the way, and in the midst of COVID 19, there is extraordinary stress. Health, relationships and coping is of paramount importance. Is there hope for my marriage? What impact is marital conflict having on my children? My background allows me to work with chronic illness, as well as with medical students, residents and fellows experiencing both acute and long term stress, particularly in their personal and professional lives.
