I love working with teens- which isn’t what most people would ever say! I connect well with them, and enjoy working through trauma, attachment, and other issues. Working with the entire family is the best way to make lasting change, and as such, I also enjoy working with parents and family systems. I use a client centered, motivational interviewing approach when treating my clients. Getting help is hard- either because you don’t know how, or because it’s a scary idea to work through your issues. I am here to help, and take great joy in removing barriers to growth as a team.
