Hi! I’m excited you’ve stopped here to learn a little bit more about me on your journey of self discovery and growth. I enjoy working with people of ALL ages. I have experience working with those struggling with addictions, adults managing a wide range of mental health diagnoses and with birth to 5 little ones and their parents. I can give you a LONG list of the things I’ve learned and loved with every person I’ve worked with but the things that stand out most for all are how resilient the human spirit is, how much we crave strong, safe and genuine connection and how much we can grow in an environment that is supportive and safe. My approach uses a variety of different trauma informed modalities including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology to name a few. I am very strengths based in my approach and believe you have all the tools and skills you need to be successful with my job being to help you pull them out and become familiar with how to use them again. I’m here to help with self esteem, processing difficult life events, positive communication and healthier coping along with any other things that are important to you.
