Dr. Tania Alaby-Varma, PsyD

Dr. Tania earned her Psy.D. and M.S. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.
She treats children, adolescents, and adults in individual therapy presenting with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma & PSTD, perfectionism, burnout, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, body image difficulties, communication conflict, stress management, social media addiction and other presentations within the human experience.

Dr. Tania has completed Level 2 Training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and provides couples therapy as well as couples intensives.

She also conducts comprehensive ADD/ADHD testing, psychoeducational assessments (504/IEP), personality and giftedness/academic placement for children, teens, and adults.

Her therapeutic style is warm, authentic, down-to-earth, and relatable. She is trained in evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy.
