Life is a journey, it tends to ebb and flow between various circumstances, stages and issues. Psychotherapy, in my mind is no different, it is not a linear process and I will be here to support you through any of these stages, positive or negative. As your psychologist, I will do all I can to help you get to wherever it is you want to be. I am committed to helping you develop a stable sense of self, improve your quality of relationships, develop and maintain appropriate boundaries in your relationships, develop the capacity to observe your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and ultimately turn your focus from negativity/frustration/self-criticism to self-acceptance/loving feelings/positivity. I have been practicing as a psychologist since 2011 and have a wide array of experiences which I know equips me with the skills necessary to help you navigate this thing called life.
