I work with adults and couples, who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship/communication/trust/parenting struggles, and trauma. My approach is straight-forward, collaborative, and caring. I focus on improving comfort with emotion, self-acceptance/self-compassion, and self-care. I’m trained in EMDR and CBT, and am certified in PCIT. When working with couples, I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps heal relationship hurt and brings closeness and better communication. It’s not easy, but it can get better.
