Life can be difficult and frustrating. Our lives can get messy and complicated, but there is hope. I am passionate about walking alongside of others to help them find hope and make some sense of their life and experiences. I sincerely believe that counseling and therapy gives an individual the opportunity to experience significant growth and healing through a greater personal awareness and understanding of themselves and the world around them. I am particularly passionate about working with families: helping couples work through issues in their marriage or relationships, helping parents in the difficult task of raising children, and helping children and adolescents dealing with the various difficult challenges they might experience.
