I offer compassion, energy, non-judgement & humor to my client relationships. I support clients of all gender identities, sexual orientation, cultural & ethnic diversity. I’m a mother passionate about midwifery with 20 years experience working with children. I provide parent/family coaching & support for expecting or adjusting mothers & treat birth trauma. My approach utilizes mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic work & spirituality.
