I understand the challenges all too well, both professionally and personally, and have devoted my career to helping children, individuals, and families to work through their struggles, no matter how big or small. I believe that with the right support, individuals and families can learn to break through the barriers that are keeping them from feeling happy, positive, and fulfilled in their relationships and in life. I provide individual and family therapy, using a strengths based and solution focused approach to helping children, adolescents and adults learn and work through their challenges. I have several years experience providing therapy for ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems and trauma-based disorders. My goal is to provide a compassionate, empathetic, and safe place for children and families to identify, address, and overcome any challenges that they face.
