Therapist Overview
***Now accepting new clients. Spots are limited.*** Seeking therapy and deciding on a therapist can be a difficult decision. Especially, with the time, cost, and commitment involved. However, the benefits that therapy can offer you are great; improved mental, emotional, physical, and relational health, which can make this commitment a worthwhile investment. My approach to therapy is centered on creating an environment where clients feel accepted, safe, and cared for. This allows me to be direct and challenge my clients in order for them to achieve their therapeutic goals. The goal that I have for my clients is for you to find yourself in a place where you no longer need my services. The objective of therapy is not to have all your problems go away. It is to help you build resiliency, self-awareness, process skills, and utilize therapeutic tools to increase your personal and interpersonal wellbeing. I offer individual, adolescent, athlete, family, pre-marital, couple, and marriage therapy. I am a certified pre-marital counselor through Prepare & Enrich. My interest in helping coaches, athletes, and their families is influenced by my experience as a professional Olympic Weightlifter. For those interested or need more information, please contact me.
