I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide a safe and relaxed space for people to be truly vulnerable about their wants and needs in life. If you’re open to exploring your roles, patterns, and boundaries, while also being open to feedback and being held accountable– I think we will get along great! I primarily work with couples, parents (especially those who are foster or adoptive), and the LGBTQ+ population. I also specialize in the role of vulnerability in our relationships. I come from a systems background and try to gather a lot of information about the different factors- good and stressful- in your life in order to gather a true picture of what is going on. I can help you to identify and build upon strengths you already have. I often assign “homework” to keep the therapeutic process going between sessions. Everyone deserves to have a place they can open up and truly be themselves.
