I am an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) working toward full licensure to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). I practice from a person-centered and holistic approach, considering a client’s emotional, social, spiritual and physical health. I aim to provide a safe and empathetic space for collaboration and encouragement for each of my clients. Additionally, I utilized play and expressive arts techniques to assist clients in building the skills they need towards healing. I have received training to work with clients of all ages, specializing in working with children and adolescents. My experience is in working with individuals with a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, self-esteem, and coping skills development. Additionally, I offer play therapy for my younger clients. I aim to establish trust and create a healing environment for my clients.
