My work revolves primarily around athletes of all levels seeking to build on their mental toughness, psychological well-being, and overall performance. I have been fortunate enough to work with clients from all different populations and backgrounds around issues like anxiety, stress reduction, depression, and coping related to performance. The demands put on athletes can be overwhelming and I am a firm believer that working to build a sound-mind can lead to better physical performance. My background in psychoanalysis, cognitive, and behavioral therapy shapes my approach to helping athletes identify the roots of their struggles. Through this we incorporate strategies to improve their mental wellness and overall ability to perform under pressure.
