I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families struggling with changes, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma/PTSD. I’ll support you through your journey of connecting with your true self, finding solutions, and having more peace in life. Compassion, authenticity, and humor are the foundation of my practice because I have found them to ease the pain in the process of healing. I consider myself an eclectic practitioner, using a broad range of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and psychosomatic theories. I’m also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Emotional Freedom Techniques/Tapping, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
