Therapist Overview
I offer individual therapy to adults with treatment specialization in: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Codependency, Domestic violence, and Sexual assault. I work hard to tailor my approach to fit your needs. I am aware that emotional healing is some of the hardest and most important work that you will ever do. I create a space where we can explore what has got in the way of your healing. Some of the approaches I use to do this are Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Theory, and IFS. I’m also one of the few in the U.S. trained in NARM (Neuro Affective Relational Model), a new cutting edge modality specifically for healing developmental trauma. The variety of therapeutic modalities I draw from allow me to provide the approach to healing and growth that is best for you. I work to create the safety, awareness and respect needed for great self-acceptance and change.
