Treatment is a partnership, where we explore together what approaches work best for your needs. It will only work if it works for you. Emotional safety and pacing yourself, in what you decide to address, how, and when, is important to making progress. Your information and sessions will always be kept private and confidential. As of 10/9/2020, my practice is full, but I will be re-evaluating on 12/1. I may be able to get someone in that can manage early afternoon appointments, in person or by telehealth, based on an urgent need. Feel free to call me to discuss your needs. I do not have a waitlist at present. I have 24 years supporting children and families with complex trauma; attachment; anxiety, mood and depression; medical mental health needs, and in supporting families and caregivers. I have an additional 10 years supporting adults. There are opportunities to meet individually, with your family, SO, and the people who care about and you. It can be hard, starting counseling, and opening up to someone you are only just starting to know. It takes courage, strength and hope. I would be glad to talk with you about what your goals are in treatment, what could help you feel more hopeful, and how we could work together.
