Using a relaxed, calming approach, I will listen intently, ask questions and have conversation, to help guide you on your path to wellness. We will work together to set attainable goals, add meditation and affirmations to your daily routine . My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength and Solution based therapy. Adding Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as needed. I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults in both the mental health and substance use disorder areas. For many years I have worked with individuals that society has forgotten, giving them the respect and dignity they deser
