Advancing through the obstacles of life is not always easy. As human beings, we experience a wide range of emotions and it is natural to experience unwanted thoughts and/or feelings. Furthermore, navigating through modern life stressors and crises does not always come naturally. If your child, teen, or young adult is experiencing difficulty, counseling services may be a healthy and beneficial way for them to learn how to process and cope with external and internal stressors. It is my goal to empower young individuals and help them acquire healthy coping skills through psychotherapy. I am currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and I am being clinically supervised for licensure by Diane Lawrence, LMHC, NCC. Diane is a well-known practitioner who has been making a positive impact on the individuals she has personally worked with in the Clearwater community for the past 10 years. In a psychotherapy session, I utilize a range of therapeutic practices with the intent to build awareness, compassion, empathy, understanding, respect and acceptance.
