With 22 years of experience helping people through life changes, I am well equipped to identify the barriers holding people back and the steps needed to move forward. A first session can be very anxiety provoking for some, “opening the lid,” and letting things out that scare you (and maybe you wish weren’t true). I will help make it easier for you. I’m down to earth, professional and genuinely enjoy sorting through all that my patients bring in! No situation is impossible to improve in some regard. I specialize in couples counseling, and can work with sexual issues, be it a past abuse or current conflict in a relationship. Due to my special training and expertise, for over 13 years I have appeared on WZZM Channel 13 as a Relationship Expert on a segment called, “Prescription for Love.” After graduate school at the University of Michigan, I completed a full time post graduate certificate program at the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia PA. Together, clinicians and ministers worked with and trained under the Physicians at the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Psychiatry so as to care for patients mind, body and spirit.
