Therapist Overview
Dear fellow human, you are here, probably because you want to find calm amidst anxiety and stress, to claim inner peace from old wounds, to rekindle love and affection with your partner(s), to seek peace in your struggles with food, to discover pleasure with your body, or to get more clarity and acceptance about who you are. If any of the above rings a bell, I am here to support you wholeheartedly.
Licensed in California and China, and trained across Europe, North America, and Asia, I am privileged to be one of the few psychotherapists with educational and clinical experience in both the West and the East.
I bring you a unique approach weaving together ego-state work (Internal Family System), body-oriented (somatic), and brain-based (EMDR) interventions, with a trauma-informed focus on attachment and relational dynamics (Emotionally Focused Therapy). My practice is also informed by polyvagal theory and the neuroscience of trauma. As for eating disorders treatment, I am an anti-diet provider and adhere to the Health-at-Every-Size principles. Additionally, I am trained in Gender Sexuality and Relationship Diversity therapy and sex therapy. I strive to provide compassionate support tailored to your needs.
