Welcome to my page. It is so important to find a therapist you feel is a good fit for you! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that we are best understood within the context of our relationships. Together with my clients, we look at family relationships, sequences of behavior, and effective communication, to move forward and break free of patterns that no longer serve us. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy through a Family Systems Lens and Trauma-Informed lens. I am also Level 1 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I work with a variety of clients, including couples, families, and adults. I specifically enjoy working with military couples and families as well as with young adults.
