My goal is to help my clients gain courage and self awareness to live life fully. My approach is collaborative, intuitive and gestalt. I have been in the field for over 15 years in a variety of settings, and have supported clients and their family members with various issues, including anxiety, depression, codependency, interpersonal/relationship difficulties, illness, grief/bereavement, and the aging process.
