Therapist Overview
If you don’t like the road you’re walking, let’s pave a new one together! I work with women, young adults, and teens who are having difficulty maneuvering through life changes to help them achieve the life they envision. Together, we work on issues surrounding anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and outside pressures from society, family, culture, media and more. I approach my clients with a compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental lens. I am relatable and always honest. My clients learn to embrace confidence, be more assertive, manage emotions and relationships, and succeed in academics and work. I specialize in confidence-building to help my clients face life courageously! I help my clients challenge the dominant influences that are affecting their journey to happiness. By incorporating CBT, attachment, and mindfulness, my clients no longer “survive” life, they LIVE life. I want my clients to work collaboratively with me until they feel confident to tackle life changes and process difficult emotions independently. I’ll help you find light so that you can finally feel at ease. Happiness is not a life without any problems, happiness is the ability to handle them. I look forward to helping you take your life back!
