Therapist Overview
(She, her, hers) Life and relationships are full of challenges for all of us. I work in collaboration with clients to increase connection and awareness of core values so they can make lasting change. My style is positive, warm and direct. For those working to find increased joy and stability within themselves and their relationships, we can explore together the areas that feel stuck and ways to increase functioning and open up more choice. I have a relational style that incorporates Gestalt theory, Internal Family Systems, AEDP and Family Systems Therapy. Through the therapeutic relationship I work with my clients to explore what is most important to them. My training helps me stay present in session from a supportive and connected position, giving clients space for choice and growth. In counseling I work in collaboration with my clients to understand the whole context. Email me to set up a free 30 minute consultation. I am currently only accepting clients for Monday appointments.
