Therapist Overview

It is my passion to partner with people as they share their story. My hope is to offer compassionate and perceptive support to my clients. Seeking support takes courage and having support through challenges or traumatic experiences provides perspective, encouragement and hope that can have a remarkable impact on how you overcome those experiences. Life is a journey and it is my goal to equip and inspire with an infusion of hope to heal the pain and wounds of life. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with individuals between the ages of 18 to 80 with anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotional, physical and sexual trauma, self-image and self-esteem issues. I have been successful to relieve troublesome symptoms by providing interactive, perceptive and evidence based support. I work from an emotionally intelligent, reality based, non-judgmental and objective perspective.
