Therapist Overview
We are living in a uniquely difficult time. Navigating our relationships, families, mental and emotional health, and our coping skills can be especially challenging right now. If you are experiencing loneliness, grief, relational difficulties, family tensions, stress, anxiety, depression, or any other issues that have come up during this time, I am here to help and support you. I hope to create an open, non-judgmental space where you feel understood, acknowledged, accepted, and supported. While this season is tough, I also believe that there are opportunities for fostering resilience, hope, connection, and healing. I am passionate about working with women who are navigating their identities, relationships, and families. While relationships are a wonderful source of love and belonging, they also can create confusion and pain. I am here to help you enrich your relationships, implement healthy boundaries, and strengthen your communication. I also specialize in working with teens and students going through family transitions, navigating relationships, as well as forming their identities. I hope to create a safe space for teens to feel understood and have a place to process what is going on in their lives, and help strengthen coping skills, communication skills, and explore useful tools.
