You made it to the beginning of something life changing and awesome! Hello! My name is Lara, I am a psychotherapist, owner and director of Eudaimonia Therapy, Llc. I am compelled to share this journey in self awareness with you. I am compassionate and inspired, my experience has been with individuals and families, experiencing a variety of mental health challenges; obsessive compulsive behaviors, intrusive thoughts and anxiety, addiction, aggression, co -dependency issues, trauma, etc. I specialize in Women’s Issues, connecting with our own inner strength, beauty and grace as Women, and embracing our feminine spirit. The cognitive behavioral work we do will focus on the power of our thoughts, and creating a positive perspective by which to experience life. Our perspective will change how we experience our relationships, job opportunities, our spirituality, sleep, every life domain. Mind, body, spirit balance, mindfulness and self care.
