I received my M.A. in Counseling from Criswell College in Dallas, Texas. Since earning my Bachelors in Communication six years ago, I’ve come to deeply value the many benefits of counseling and the therapeutic relationship. My approach is grounded in the person-centered theory, and focuses on empathy and understanding each client’s unique challenges. My interests include anxiety, depression, and identity development. Although I practice from a Christian worldview, I do not limit my clientele to the Christian community. I am open to working with men and women from all backgrounds of faith and non-faith. I work to discern the relationships between client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a collaborative and authentic manner, and understand the courage and bravery attending counseling requires. I am honored to assist clients in achieving their goals and creating lives they can truly live.
