Therapist Overview

I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide variety of relationship, behavioral, and mental health issues. These can include, but aren’t limited to, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, coping skills, relationship issues, phase of life problems, and anything in between! My specialty areas are self-esteem, depression, and relationship issues. Often, one leads to the other in these cases. I love to help people give themselves the gift and the permission to love themselves first. After that, the rest will oftentimes follow. I have a fondness and a special understanding of the elder population and the persecuted – or those who are so misunderstood in today’s society. Compassion is my biggest trait, and it shows in the work I do.
