My theoretical foundation is Coginitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have also selectively borrowed techniques and ideas from various other theories to fill the gaps of CBT. I focus on helping you the client reclaiming personal control of your thoughts, beliefs, actions, and emotions to improve your personal well-being and then improving your relationships.
