I am a licensed professional therapist. I have a sincere passion for helping my clients to find contentment in life. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, The Empowerment Model and Guided Imagery to promote self awareness and self compassion. My professional goal is to help my clients grow mentally and to develop into the best version of themselves. My professional goal is to assist people in acheiving life’s greatest joy. We will work together on cultivating life skills. I specialize in the treatment of mental health challenges. I assist teenagers and adults with relationship issues between partners and peers. I treat clients that are going through major life transitions such as divorce, separation, post partum and adjustment disorders. I also assist with anger management, treatment of depression, anxiety, and self esteem issues. I am a Council of Social Work Education Participant with expertise in treating a diverse client base from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
