I am a certified trauma therapist specializing in complex trauma and relational conflicts supporting individuals, couples, and families in the healing process, wellness, and growth. As an experienced therapist, I help clients to establish and restore healthy relationships with self and others. I believe that our innate need is to feel connected, be loved, accepted, validated, and understood. When we experience severe life stressors, traumatic events, life transitions, raptures in relationships, illness, or losses, it often makes us feel disconnected, alone, and deeply hurt.
