Are you wanting to make some changes in how you relate to your life and relationships? I use strengths-based approaches in my work. We’ll focus as much or more on all the things you’re doing right, and can do better, as we will on the barriers or problems. I use awareness, mindfulness and somatic/ body based approaches as well as traditional models of counseling. Often it’s old, unconscious patterns that block us from living the lives we would like. These old patterns are tough to change, but the good news is you can change and rebuild yourself in new ways – that takes time, and effort, but is absolutely possible. I have experience and training in relationships, trauma, addictions and meditation, and prefer using positive Solutions-Focused approaches whenever possible.
