My clients range from young children through Geriatrics. I see all different types of individuals in various situations. Ideally, my clients are seeking to unpack something that they are carrying that may be weighing them down. I like to be the passenger on your journey, and follow your lead while offering possible different ways of seeing a situation, and offering solution focused suggestions. I believe firmly in attachment theory and believe our earliest connections in life have a major impact on how we see life and relationships today. I believe in the ability to gain insight and strength to make positive changes in your life. I like to work with a diverse group of patients and have worked with many different issues . I do offer expertise in Geriatric mental health, early childhood social emotional development as well as LGBTQ specific issues. I feel comfortable working with many life issues based on my diverse background. I offer individual, family, and couples therapy. I understan
